GOJEB FARM DEVELOPMENT

In accordance with the economic policy of the Federal Government the responsibility of Gojeb Farm was transferred to Horizon Plantations PLC in July 2005 now it’s one of the businesses of MIDROC Investment Group.

Main activities of the farm:

Producing fruit products and providing them to the local market
Providing milk products to the local market by organizing animal breeding stations;
Associated honey production, rice, corn and other crops supplying to the local market

Facts about the products:

Maize: It is produced in the farm and has been produced since the 1950s when the farm was established.

Bananas: It is being produced in farm since 1996.

Milk: It is being produced in the farm since 2011; milk products have been produced by introducing milk cows.

Rice: It is being produced in the agricultural development farms since 2007/2008.

Production process and product quality control:

The process of corn production starting from soil preparation is assisted by professionals and it is stored in clean and convenient warehouses, so that it reaches the consumer safely.

The milk product has no safety concerns as it is milked with care and has professional support. Banana and pineapple products are carefully selected and of good quality, ensuring their healthiness.

Planned Projects:

The farm is working to increase the number of cows with high milk yield. In addition, the farm plans on supporting the irrigation of the cultivated lands and expanding the banana and pineapple plantations.
