The coffee production process is in two ways, the 1st one is made with red beans and the 2nd one is made with Genfel coffee.
Red bean coffee is produced once a year and the product is harvested from September to December. When it is collected, the red coffee on the coffee tree is selected and picked. After it is picked, it goes into the coffee brewing machine; Wash well after hatching.
After washing, it is dried by the sun, solar tunnel and artificial dryer; enters the store keeping the moisture level; then it is sent to Addis Ababa Coffee Processing and Storage plant.
After it arrives, it is subjected to various quality measurements, the coffee processing and Storage plant goes through various processes and then it is presented to the consumer (market).
The amount of product prepared will reach from 30 thousand cu/l to 35 thousand cu/l.
Genfel coffee is prepared with red coffee which turns into Genfel for various reasons and there are two types of Genfel coffee. They are: Ginger coffee, Ground ginger coffee as well.
The collection is the same as the above-mentioned type of red coffee. The harvesting season is once and can go from September to February. The recipe is to thoroughly dry the Genfel collected and put it in a coffee grinder, grind each type of Genfel and give it different levels in terms of quality. The amount of product to be prepared ranges from 4,500 cu/l to 5,000 cu/l.
Honey production:
- Honey is collected two to three times a year, and after the product is collected, it goes from the farm to the main filter and processing plant and is presented to the consumer.
