Our Investment Group is the largest supplier of washed and sundried specialty coffees in Ethiopia. The diversified coffee products are traceable and sustainable from the legendary land of the product, Ethiopia.

The coffees from our six coffee estates: Limmu, Bebeka, Gemadro, Duyena, Ayehu and Beha are certified by RA, CP, 4C, Organic Korea, Fare Trade USA.

MIDROC Investment Group agricultural companies produce various food crops including cereals, pulses, oil crops as well as medicinal and bio-pesticides like Endod and other herbal and aromatic plants. 

Among the cereals the companies produce are wheat, rice, barley, soybean, corn (maize), sorghum and the like for local and international markets. Selected seeds especially of maize are also one of the major crops they produce. Sunflower and Niger seed are also among the oil seeds that are widely produced by MIDROC agricultural farms.

Jittu Horticulture PLC and Upper Awash Agro-Industries PLC are MIDROC’s companies specialized in producing fresh fruits and vegetables. The produces are directly supplied to the public through Queen’s Supermarkets and other market outlets in Addis Ababa and other urban areas here in Ethiopia as well as to the export market.

Agri-flower, Agri-lake and Ethio-Dream are the three flower farms under MIDROC Investment Group that produce variety of high quality roses /cut flowers/ using state-of-the-art growing, harvesting, packing and quality assurance practices that meet highest international standards. The major cut flower products of our group are: Upper Class, Confidential, Maryo, Madam Red, New Flash, Hot Pink, Athena and the like.

The agricultural companies of our group, especially the coffee estates: Limmu and Bebeka coffee estates as well as Gemadro which is operating under Ethio Agri-Ceft PLC are source of High quality natural forest honeys produced from modern hives.

Our farms under Ethio Agri-CEFT PLC and Bebeka coffee Estates extensively produce high quality and organic spices including turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, etc. for the local and international markets.

ELFORA Agro Industries PLC, one of our agro-industrial companies, owns the poultry farm in Bishoftu town. The company is well known for producing table eggs, broiler meat and live chickens. An expansion project targeting the export market is also in progress at Cheffa, a place located in the northeast of the country.

Beef and veal meat, chilled goat meat, mutton are major meat products of the MIDROC Investment Group supplied for local and international markets. These are mainly produced by slaughterhouses of the ELFORA Agro-Industries PLC meeting the international standards and requirements.
