Established on February 8, 2022, G.C., with an initial capital of 100,000,000 Birr, RERE PROJECT DEVELOPER PLC specializes in real estate operations, including consultancy, construction, sales, rental, and management of houses and apartments.

RERE has diversified into the import-export of items, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. This strategic move adds a unique dimension to the company’s portfolio, aligning seamlessly with its commitment to comprehensive solutions. Currently, it is involved in the import & sales of different types of bitumen products.

Focusing on providing high-quality Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring, the company aims to offer a variety of sizes, colours, and patterns to capture a significant market share locally. The SPC product is branded under the existing “MIDROC” name to leverage existing goodwill and facilitate market penetration.

SPC flooring is a composite material composed of natural stone and polymer-based resin, created through a process involving heat and pressure. This results in a product that mimics the look and feel of real stone while offering advantages such as water resistance, durability, and easy maintenance.

Skirting is a board that runs along the border between the interior wall and the floor. It covers the improper edges, avoids scratches from furniture and gives a room a good finish.

As a result of new modern ideas in the field of interior design, different types of skirting boards and designs are available. Some of them are wooden skirting, metal skirting, pencil skirting etc.
